Saturday’s erxept panel decides which England players are going to make the cut and compete in the 2010 World Cup. The Leaders in Football Conference took place at Stamford Bridge this week, where the chief’s of football discussed club debt, TV rights and players wages. Mark Pougatch fore-fronted BBC Radio Five Live’s coverage of the event, and Henry Winter was alongside him offering his opinion in the Vialli-suite-turned-Broadcast studio. I spoke to the Daily Telegraph’s football correspondent the next day, and he offered his view on certain England players, Chelsea’s signing ban and Arsenal’s flourishing new defensive partnership as well as many other topics.
