Broadcasting equipment stolen from Worker's Radio of Chalkida

Unknown stole the entire broadcasting equipment of a radio station of Chalkida, from its facilities on the mountain. The thieves to the broadcasting center of Chtypás on Saturday night, the broke in the container where the transmitter of the "Worker's Radio 96.5" was hosted and they took all the machinery. Explosion outside local radio station of Northern Greece

An arson attack with gas explosives occurred in the early hours of Friday, June 29 at the entrance of the radio station "Diavlos Rhodopis" in Komotini. An improvised explosive device was placed by unknown ones at the entrance of the building at the intersection of Zimvrakakidon and Themidos streets, where the radio station is based. It consisted of a gas bottle, on the edge of which a piece of cloth soaked with flammable material was attached. The explosion resulted in a minor fire which caused a slight damage to the entrance of the station, without being spread inside the offices. Municipal radio in Athens repeatedly hit by burglars

A stolen broadcasting equipment was the last straw for much afflicted Epikinonia FM. Unidentified persons broke into the trasmitter premises of the radio station on Pikilo Mountain, on April 7. The burglars removed valuable broadcasting equipment and managed to escape undetected. The station managers tried to replace the stolen equipment, but in vain: the hutch was broken in once again, after a few days. As a result, the station remains off air. Municipal radio off air, after transmitter was stolen

The bad financial and administrative situation of Radio Xenios (Municipal Radio of Ano Liosia) was to be concluded with a theft of equipment. As mentioned in an article by Fannis Kyriopoulos in Typos Newspaper "on Thursday, March 3, the Municipal Radio of Ano Liosia stopped transmitting after strangers broke into the "container" located at Pikilo Mountain and removed the reserve transmitter of the station.
